Xeequa sells primarily through partners. Xeequa will NEVER compete with any of their partners. We even contractually guarantee a commission.

Free Training & Support
All partner support and services specific training is free of charge.
Partners are required to attend at least one training per year.

Partners will have an attractive commission for their work with engaging and supporting customers. Commissions vary by partner level, programs, and promotions.

Social engagement counts more than revenue. The partner program is embedded in joint social media activities and a collaborative market engagement strategy. Partner levels are determined by market engagement not revenue.

Business Opportunities
Xeesm provides referrals to partners through introductions. New opportunities are added to the partner’s opportunity flight. We request timely engagement in the flight program and active social engagement with the customer.

Named Accounts & Deal Registration
Instead of following the old named account and deal registration techniques with all its business process overhead, we encourage partners to share their opportunities through a FLIGHT with the respective Xeesm account manager. The team managers work with you on your accounts and based on resource constraints we can only work with one partner on a given account. Our “Zero Channel Conflict” model provides the guarantee that that the partner will earn the commission regardless.

Contract Renewal Management
Xeequa will provide access to the contract renewal management system and will alert each Partner 60 days prior to contract expiration in order to help Partners keep track of contracts they have closed. All renewal business flows through the respective partners with no time limit.

Renewal Compensation
Xeequa compensates all Partners’ current renewals with the same base compensation they would receive when closing a new deal. Xeequa requires that a) the Partner is actively engaged in the renewal process and b) the customer agrees to the continuous engagement with that Partner. If a customer requests to work with another Partner, Xeequa will respect that decision and will support the customer’s Partner of choice.

Free Training
Xeequa will provide all necessary training for partners to successfully sell the XeeSM/SRM solutions. Training to gain general knowledge about the new social media development are not provided directly by Xeequa but is offered through the Social Media Academy. Free Technical Support
Xeequa provides free support to its partners. In return, partners are requested to provide first-line support to their customers. If the customer chooses to contact Xeequa directly, Xeequa will support the customer in any case.

Social Media Engagement Program
As a leading social media solution, Xeequa requires partners to be highly engaged in the social web.

Social Media Presence
As a XAP Partner you are asked to have accounts in the major social media sites including LinkedIn (groups), Facebook, Twitter, SlideShare, and YouTube. You also need to have an active blog and obviously your XeeSM as primary link on all social sites including a XeeSM plug-in on your companies website.

Network Development
You and the team mates working with XeeSM need to have a decent network on your professional social network sites.

Posts & Comments
You will want to post at least once a month best practices tips about XeeSM on the social sites you are engaged, as well as tweet and re-tweet XeeSM content. You are also asked to frequently comment on the XeeSM presence sites and post on public blogs like Customer Think, Mashable etc. including the XeeSM Blog.

Content Sharing
You are requested to share your experience and know how on your blog and publish presentations on SlideShare or video clips on YouTube as well as on the XeeSM Blog.

Client Development
To collaborate with the Xeesm team, you will need to share an “Opportunity Flight” with us which contains at least 10 potential customers and their respective teams and influencer on an ongoing base.

Solution Presentations
You are required to run at least two XeeSM related webinars per quarter. The Xeesm team will support your engagement and may even provide you with the necessary technology to run webinars.

Network Participation
As partner will be participating in the respective LinkedIn Groups and Facebook pages, you are asked to actively participate by helping customers with answers and refer new contacts to those networks. In particular active participation in the LinkedIn Group is very much appreciated.

Market Watch
As a partner you are requested to run a Google Alert on Xeesm and related technologies such as “Social Relationship Management”, “SPRM”, “Social PRM”, “SCRM”, “Social CRM” and respond via comments in a timely manner on posts.

The Xeesm team, your team as well as our joint customers and advocates collaborate in the social web to introduce the solution to business friends and contacts in a non advertisial manner.

Selling & Promoting
As a Xeesm partner your primary way of identifying potential customers is to listen to the market and engage socially with those who we may have a beneficial solution. Instead of email blasts and annoying promotion campaigns, you are asked to building relationships with potential clients and enter a solution discussion as part of such a relationship. In the “Social Selling” training you will learn how to align your processes with the customers buying cycles.
