A Statement from Xeequa CEO, Axel Schultze:
I’d like to share with you what Xeesm is all about, what our business directions are and what strategy we are about to execute.
Background
Xeesm evolved very rapidly from a little social media site manager to a social media business application. The product evolved with over 1,000 feedback and feature requests to what it is today and will most certainly continue to evolve.
Business Model
We decided to provide Xeesm as a free or “Recognition supported” version as well as a subscription based payed application.
Free & Club Version
The Xeesm, as most ‘xee’ it today will remain to be for free indefinitely. In order to help finance the server load, traffic and other cost per server we will soon offer a way for users to show their appreciation for what we are doing by paying $1/user/month. This “recognition supported version” is just that: Recognition. It won’t have additional features, but will reciprocally recognize the status. Maybe we have some special themes, and at least some preferred support if possible.
Business Editions
While most Xeesm Social Business Applications will also be available in a free version, the Business Editions will be based on subscriptions starting at $20/user/month. The business editions will have additional functionality needed to use the products in a professional way.
Partner Business
The primary way of selling Xeesm will be through business partners, helping their customers to implement Xeesm in their respective organizations. See more details on our partner pages.
Vision & Strategy
I envision businesses creating a better business experience for their customers, partners and other market constituencies by closely collaborating with their entire ecosystem. It is our mission to build the necessary tools to make this undertaking easy and pleasant for the users based on requirements and market needs. It is our strategy to build out our networked social media platform to have other talented solution provider build on the foundation we provided and have partnerships help us and work with us to provide the best possible solution & customer experience for our users.
The customer experience is an integrated part of both, our business strategy as well as our product strategy!
