After quite some learning, collaborating with existing users and customers and years of experience in the social web, we will finally introduce the first Social Business Applications. Well, of course there is a lot of social media tools out there, social media sites and monitoring tools, interfaces that blast twitter streams in existing CRM systems and much more.
