When it comes to business, one of the biggest complain about social media is the level of distraction. You go to a network and react on things you see. The larger the network the more distracting it gets.
You go a specific network or community, look for people and have a conversation with who ever just mentioned something interesting. If you look for a specific you have to go through search and other ways to get to the persons profile. In the meantime you browse around – and get distracted. At the end it is a reactive approach on the platform you are on.

We change the way we deal with our networks from a platform centric approach to a people centric approach. In a people centric approach like XeeSM you focus on people you want to have a conversation with and then see them in the network of their choice.
