What do we list here:
1) Social sites. In other words a user visiting a page would find the people or groups of people they like to see or work with.
2) All sites are easily available to everybody - no adult content etc. If a user choses to add an adult content site to their XeeSM they can do it by selecting “others”
3) A social site need to have at least 1,000 members in order to get listed in XeeSM
